Time: ~ 10am-`12pm

Location: 240 Southern Blvd, Chatham NJ - this is Presbyterian church parking lot aka Stanley Preschool

Format: This year we are trying something new to speed up the process and make sure our boxes are properly accounted for. This will be drive thru event. When you arrive we will tape your pick up order on your car that will tell us how many cases of each cookies you are getting ( please know your troop number!). You will then slowly pull to each flavor station and volunteer will load up your car with the number of boxes you are supposed to get. You then move up to the next station and so forth! At the end you sign for your cookies and leave.

How many boxes will fit in your car? I have Tesla Y and I want to say around 50+ cases will fit with seats folded. Some troops might need to come with two cars ( the troops that have 70+ cases) - or with a big car like Yukon /Escalade etc.

Delivery time: Again I will update on this but officially we are slotted for 9am. We will need some time to organize the cookies, make sure we have the correct numbers etc. I am anticipating this to be done by 10am. I will send out sign up for volunteers tonight. If you have teens who need volunteer hours - sign them up. I will sign the paperwork.

Can I come later to pick up: NO!! if you do not pick up your cookies by noon - we will just leave them there. The troop leader does not need to be the one picking up - someone from your troop is fine.
