Registration Information for the 2025-2026 Girl Scout Year
Registration for the 2025-2026 Girl Scout year is now open. Parents can register themselves and their daughters at any time throughout the year here. Registration dues for girls are $60 and are $30 for adults. If you have any questions regarding registration please contact us at chathamnjgirlscoutsrc@gmail.com.
SERVICE UNIT DUES: Leaders must submit Chatham Girl Scouts Service Unit dues to our Service Unit Treasurer, Erica Kolodziej. In order for Chatham Girl Scouts to run successful service unit activities and programs, assist girls with their higher award projects and cover administrative expenses, we ask that every troop pay $10 for each registered girl in their troop.
Dues can be paid either via Cheddar Up (a fee for processing will automatically be included: Credit Cards: 3.59% + $0.59 & eChecks: Flat $0.59 ) or cash or check (made payable to Chatham Girl Scouts) which can be dropped off to Erica Kolodziej, the Treasurer, at 127 Chatham St. Please, one payment per troop.
In addition to the dues payment for the troop, you should provide the following:
Signed copy of the leader agreement for all of the leaders in your troop.
Roster showing all of the active, registered girls in your troop (see details below on providing).
TROOP ROSTER: Please provide a screenshot of your registered members to confirm the total amount of dues paid.
Please see these instruction - Directions for Sending Active Roster on how to see if all the girls in your troop are registered and eligible to participate in activities for the year.
The screenshot of the leader agreement and active members should be emailed to chathamgstreasurer@gmail.com or dropped off at 127 Chatham St.

Please note girls in your troop must be registered to participate in troop, service unit and council activities.
LEADER/CO-LEADER AGREEMENTS:
Leaders must also submit these Leader/Co-Leader agreement and Leader Code of Conduct forms to our Treasurer in conjunction with the troop’s dues payment. Forms can be emailed to chathamgstreasurer@gmail.com or dropped off at 127 Chatham Street in order for your Troop to be fully registered .
SERVICE UNIT DUES, TROOP ROSTER of all active, registered girls in your troop, signed LEADER/CO-LEADER AGREEMENTS and LEADER CODE OF CONDUCT must all be completed with our Service Unit Treasurer - Erica Kolodziej who can be reached at chathamgstreasurer@gmail.com for any questions.
HEALTH FORMS: These must be filled out annually for all registered girls and adults and kept by the Troop Leader. They must accompany the Troop on all trips outside of the normal meeting place.

New Daisy (K–1) or Brownie (2–3) leaders can receive monthly Girl Scout Experience Boxes—delivered to their door from GSUSA! Each box includes simple scripts, easy instructions, and ready-to-use supplies for fun, stress-free meetings. Start with a Welcome Box, followed by up to seven themed boxes, depending on when the troop begins. Contact Membership Support customercare@gsnnj.org or 973-248-8200 for more info.

Who Can Register Online?
Anyone can register online (even first-time members)
Troop Leaders can re-register the members of their own troops until September 30, 2025. As of October 1, 2025, leaders will not have access to renew troop members.
Parents/Caregivers can register their daughters at any time.
How to Register Online?
· Go to www.gsnnj.org
· Click on MYGS at the top of the page.
· This brings you to My Account page.
Who Cannot Register Online?
· Active Graduating Girl Scout Ambassadors registering for Adult annual or Lifetime Membership must submit Adult Membership Form with Membership Summary Form and full payment to one of the Service Centers.
· All members applying for Financial Assistance cannot register online.
